Pat brings new creativity and smarts to staging and marketing. A seasoned home remodeler, who grew up in the construction business tagging along with her architect father, Pat has acquired good working knowledge about how to inspect and evaluate a home, which greatly helps negotiations -- on either side of a transaction.  A former a creative marketing consultant and advertising copywriter, she won many awards for her creativity and marketing effectiveness. Pat has worked with Frank Howard Allen since receiving her real estate license in 2002. Her community involvement in Corte Madera earned her recognition as the "2004 Citizen of The Year." Bob brings over twenty years of marketing experience with large companies such as Levi's, Coors, and Microsoft to real estate sales. He handles most of the team's commercial and residential income property sales. Bob's skills in client service, business strategy, financial analysis and target marketing have helped him quickly become indispensable to both sellers and buyers.
