Dear Pat,

 

I would like to take this opportunity to formally thank you for all your hard work and the level of sincerity you brought to our most recent Marin real estate transaction.  I really don’t think I can put into words how much Jen and I both appreciated your efforts, particularly given we were in the process of moving out of state.  As you are well aware, our sell side transaction was anything but normal, yet you stayed by our side and exhibited a tireless desire for us to both (1) enjoy our last weeks in Marin and (2) ensure a successful transaction.  Acting as a friend (I truly mean this!), agent, stager, contractor herder and confidant you far exceeded our expectations. 

 

There are just not too many real estate agents that would have stood behind us they way you did.  In the future, I can only hope that I can repay you by moving back to Marin and having your represent us once again.  You truly are a special person.
